Matt is responsible for leading and growing OnPace’s national Retail & E-Commerce Distribution & Manufacturing practice group, focused on helping multi-market clients optimize their supply chain networks and streamline internal supply chain and real estate communications.

Prior to joining OnPace, Matt served as co-lead for JLL’s Retail & E-Commerce practice group, leading site selection for several national Fortune 500 accounts to include over 30M SF in transactions. Prior to JLL, Matt served as director of Walmart and Sam’s non-retail real estate portfolio and led the development of the initial e-commerce distribution network for Walmart.com. During his career with Walmart, Matt oversaw the retail giant’s 148 million SF industrial and office portfolio and led acquisitions of over 20 million SF.

Matt brings an array of knowledge from his previous roles and offers subject matter expertise in real estate valuations, asset and property management, retail, office and industrial acquisitions and dispositions, business and economic incentives, site selection and project management. He is also a frequent speaker/presenter at industry events across the county.
