Katy is fueled by a passion for people and real estate. Katy currently oversees operations and administration at OnPace®, where she plays a vital role in supporting both the Industrial and Capital Markets team. Her work spans managing data, conducting market research, assisting with leasing activities, and developing marketing materials. She is dedicated to building strong client relationships and contributing to key business objectives.

Prior to joining OnPace®, Katy gained valuable experience in property management and earned her BBA in Real Estate from The University of Georgia. A proud Georgia native, she currently resides in the city, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
