Jamie’s has experience of nearly two decades in commercial real estate. His career has focused on alternative areas of the capital markets ‘Living’ sectors including Home Builder Capital solutions, Build-to-Rent investment sales advisory, and Land Investment Advisory, across all asset classes.

He co-leads the Land Investment Sales team for OnPace®, with Scott Cullen and Conor Welton. As a team, they are actively involved in several land transactions across key growth markets in the Southeast. Prior to OnPace®, Jamie spent 7 years with JLL Capital Markets having joined JLL as part of the merger with HFF Capital Markets. Prior to JLL and HFF, he was a Senior Associate with CBRE Capital Markets focusing on land transactions. He earned a master’s degree in real estate development and BS in Business from Auburn University.
