Conor co-leads the Land team at OnPace® with partners Scott Cullen and Jamie Smithson. The land team transacts on land development sites for all asset classes including multi-family, single-family, build-to-rent, industrial, master planned communities, and mixed-use developments across the southeastern United States.

In his career, Conor has been involved in more than $1.3 billion of land and capital markets transactions. He has marketed and consulted on development and redevelopment projects for clients such as ECI Group, Southwest Value Partners, Drapac Capital Partners, Foxfield Real Estate, Rubenstein Partners, and Blue Cross Blue Shield across Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, and the Carolinas.

Conor began his career at HFF in Atlanta and joined JLL during the HFF/JLL merger in 2019. At JLL, Conor helped lead the Atlanta Land Team and was part of the JLL National Build-To-Rent (BTR) team, advising clients on investment sales and forward transactions.

Conor earned a BA from the University of Georgia where he played baseball prior to his real estate career.
