Chase Mathews supports clients of the OnPace®⁠ Capital⁠ Markets platform with disposition and acquisition strategies. His responsibilities include analyzing and selling industrial and office properties across the US. Most recently a Senior Associate at Capital Real Estate Group, Chase began his career on the S-⁠Team at CBRE, where he first joined his current business partners, Tom Shafer and John Hinson.

During his tenure at CBRE, Chase was a member and graduate of their renowned Financial Consulting Group (FCG)training program. Additionally, he completed the summer program at the London School of Economics. 

Chase has facilitated over $2B worth of real estate transactions and counting. A Nashville, TN native, Chase received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Georgia.
