Calvin’s commitment to his clients is supported through earning the NAIOP Workhorse Award for ten consecutive years, demonstrating his ability to adapt to the changing marketplace.

Calvin focuses on the client and their needs by understanding how their business operates, the people running it, and uses that information to ensure the best outcome. Prior to joining OnPace™, Calvin worked with Shaheen Development Company for 20 years where he served as Director of Leasing for a 5 million square foot warehouse portfolio.

Calvin earned his BSA from the University of Georgia and currently resides in Atlanta with his wife, daughter and son. Calvin is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and enjoys spending his free time running and mountain biking.
